It has become common practice for blogging platforms to add the NoFollow attribute to links left in the comments in order to keep spammers from gaining popularity in search results. After all, each link to a website pushes it further up in search engine listings.

I believe in rewarding people who actively engage in the Tao of Unfear community. If you leave a comment on a post at Tao of Unfear, and include a link back to your site, search engines will follow those links. That’s because I’m using the DoFollow plugin.

I’d rather remove spam and punish the spammers than punish the people who interact meaningfully with the site. It’s the least I can do for all of the people that make Tao of Unfear great. Thanks for your support.
